The initial design and development work is free for the scope we agree on. Domain registration, hosting and any paid tools or services are not included. I’ll discuss those costs with you before anything is purchased.
Future maintenance · CA$30/hour
After the initial website is complete, maintenance and future changes — including adding, editing or removing content and features — are billed at CA$30 per hour. I’ll agree on the work, estimated hours and cost with you before I begin.
I’ll confirm the features and timing after reviewing your idea. With your permission, I’d like to show the finished work in my portfolio. A review is never a condition of the offer.

Why are you building websites for free?
I want more hands-on development experience and real work to show when applying for opportunities. Building useful websites is a practical way to learn, take responsibility and grow my portfolio.
What does “free” include?
My design and development work for the scope agreed at the start. Domain registration, hosting and paid tools or services are separate. I’ll explain any costs before you commit to them.
What if I need maintenance or changes later?
The initial website is free within our agreed scope. Future maintenance, additions, edits and removals cost CA$30 per hour. I’ll confirm the requested work, estimated hours and cost with you before starting.
Can you build any kind of website?
Tell me what you need. I’ll review the features and confirm what I can take on. A request starts a conversation; it doesn’t automatically confirm a project or a launch date.
Do I need to leave a review or be in your portfolio?
No review is required. I’d appreciate honest feedback, and I’ll ask permission before sharing your finished website in my portfolio.
What should I prepare?
A short description of your idea, who the website is for, and any text, photos or brand materials you have. If you’re still working on those, tell me and I’ll help you plan the next steps.
